The Best Cajun Jambalaya in Stockton, CA

I made some a pot full of Cajun Jambalaya.  I've been told that my Jambalaya is the best in San Joaquin Valley and beyond. 

 Jambalaya 
Jambalaya is a dish from the south Louisiana to be specific.  There are different variations of Jambalaya.  They should all consist of meat and vegetables and the "holy trinity" What is the
"holy trinity" celery, onion and green bell peppers.  This will add flavor to any dish. 

My Cajun Jambalaya consists of shrimp, andouille sausage, chicken, okra, corn and stewed tomatoes of rice.  Mmmmmm Mmmmm Good!
